Dani brings a rare combination of artist experience, creative direction, production leadership, and international entertainment strategy. As a Creative Producer at 88RISING, Dani oversaw creative direction, production, artist management, and contract and booking operations for the company's Asia-based roster. Dani also worked with executive leadership to develop new artist concepts, evaluate partner labels, guide talent casting and signing, and lead cross-border initiatives with artists and companies across Asia. Key work has included projects involving XG, 4EVE, and Mikah, as well as XG's appearances at Head in the Clouds and Coachella in 2023. Previously, Dani helped shape the debut of K-pop group VVUP as a Creative Producer at ego Entertainment and supported XG's U.S. expansion as Global Creative Director and Project Manager under Avex subsidiary XGALX. Earlier roles in production, film, and fashion strengthened Dani's skills in visual storytelling and multidisciplinary team leadership. Having debuted as the main vocalist of the K-pop group Dalmatian (DMTN), Dani also brings a creator-first understanding of artist development, performance, songwriting, promotion, touring, and the long-term potential of music-driven intellectual property.

Joshua brings deep experience across artist management, production, business development, and international entertainment partnerships. His career has included work with Johnny's Entertainment, Irving, Go Good Entertainment, and Westbrook Japan, where he supported talent development, live shows, music production, negotiation, and market expansion. He has managed and produced established Japanese artists, helped launch the K-pop group MYNAME, and currently manages and produces Genki Iwahashi while overseeing an independent music label. As CEO of WAKE Artist Management, the official Japanese partner of Three Six Zero, Joshua supports global artists and creative properties with brand deals, collaborations, and intellectual property opportunities in Japan. His work has generated more than $10 million in client revenue, reflecting his ability to connect creative vision with culturally informed market strategy, negotiation, and commercial execution.

Terry brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by work in Seoul, Los Angeles, and New York. His experience spans marketing direction, campaign and concept development, creative and branding strategy, strategic partnerships, talent and influencer engagement, cultural programming, visual and art direction, styling, production, and consulting. He currently serves as Marketing Director for CL of 2NE1, Thug Club, and Glowny, guiding brand positioning, cultural engagement, creative campaigns, and audience strategy. He previously served as a Director at DSMNY and DSMLA and now leads NEW META, a global creative studio focused on marketing direction, creative strategy, cross-regional alignment, and brand partnerships. His approach centers on positive disruption, experimentation, community, and culture, helping partners develop distinctive narratives and connect with evolving audiences. NEW META identifies past partners and collaborators including HBX, Dover Street Market New York, Evisu, Fragment Design, JINRO, AToboy, VandyThePink, and Hysteric Glamour.

Business Strategy Advisor

Jonathan combines entertainment-industry leadership with a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, technology, and cross-border corporate development. At THEBLACKLABEL, he advised executive leadership on growth opportunities and led strategic initiatives spanning media and entertainment, gaming, consumer products, technology, and virtual experiences. His work included establishing THEBLACKSEA, a joint venture with Thailand's CP Group focused on Southeast Asia, and developing a beauty partnership connected to artist JEON SOMI. Previously, Jonathan managed sales strategy initiatives at Salesforce that affected a global sales organization of more than 10,000 professionals. During five years at Accenture, he supported data governance, SaaS performance measurement, acquisition integration, divestiture, CRM migration, and international joint-venture programs for global companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and brings native English and conversational Korean proficiency.
